Howard has dedicated his career to delivering strategic leadership in the UK real estate and property management sector. He has an MBA from the University of Hertford, a BSC in Estate Management and Property Developments from Leicester, and 33 years experience in the sector.
Howard spent 12 years on the board of McCarthy & Stone, with 7 years as CEO. During this time he transformed the company from a UK housebuilder into an award-winning retirement lifestyle brand through forming partnerships with key service providers.
Howard brings this significant experience to All of Us as CEO.
David has substantial experience in the retirement and care sectors. He spent seven years as Development Director of Sunrise Senior Living and two years as CEO of Signature Senior Lifestyle. He then went on to establish himself as an independent consultant, advising assisted living and care home operators and developers on how to best deliver communities for older people.
In 2011, David was appointed Development Director for Audley Court, where he doubled sales rates and achieved unrivalled success rates for gaining planning consents. Through this experience, he has gained strong operational and team management skills, sound strategic sense and conscientious leadership.
David leads All of Us as Managing Director.
Over the last 35 years, David has developed a reputation as a leading consultant, challenging the culture of care in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada and Australia.
His main focus is on demonstrating the reality of why changing care culture matters and how to achieve this. Since founding Dementia Care Matters in 1995, he has shown how dementia care is about emotional care, and that this is no different to that which we all need in life.
As the Series Consultant on Channel 4’s three-part series ‘Dementiaville’, David worked with people and families living with dementia. He holds a staff position as Visiting Senior Fellow in the School of Health and Social Care at the University of Surrey, as well as an Honorary Degree of Doctor of the University (DUniv).
David is both a strategic consultancy partner and a non-executive director of All of Us.
Peter has a range of experience working across a range of sectors. In 2000, he joined Dementia Care Matters as a Development Manager and Team Consultant.
He has applied his expertise in Leadership and Change Management to the care sector, enabling him to promote Dementia Care Matters’ person-centred approach to care. He has recently represented Dementia Care Matters as the Lead Consultant and Project Manager on multiple care home projects in Alberta, Canada.
Peter is a non-executive director at All of Us.
Since training as a chartered accountant at Ernst & Young, Ian has spent most of his working life displaying a thorough understanding of the property market, while building a strong network of key contacts.
Ian spent 7 years as Finance Director at Hampton International, where he set up and managed overseas operations in India, Italy and Morocco. Ian then went on to become Chief Financial Officer at Audley Retirement, where he was shortlisted for Young FD of the year in 2012, and lauded as a “world class Finance Director.”
Ian joins All of Us as Chief Financial Officer.
Samantha has gained extensive experience in the care sector. She is passionate about delivering care that is person-centred and feelings-based.
After successfully leading and managing teams at Sunrise Senior Living and Whitbread Hotels, Samantha headed up Sales, Marketing and PR teams in the care and support department at Sanctuary Group. She also worked for Anchor Housing and Care, part of SMT, where she was required to help managers and teams understand the journey taken by people choosing care and the affect this has on themselves and their network of family and friends. More recently, Samantha worked as Operations Director at Barchester Healthcare.
She joins All of Us as Operations Director.
Monika has worked on a range of architectural projects spanning private residential and commercial student developments. She holds a Diploma in Engineering from the University of Aachen and a Masters in Professional Practice from the University in Portsmouth.
After graduating in 2010, Monika joined Design ACB. She has experience in planning, technical designs and tendering, and has led a number of schemes as project architect.
Monika joins All of Us as Design Manager.
Tina has over 20 years experience in personal assistant roles, predominantly within the legal field both in England and the Isle of Man. She holds a Certificate in Company Secretarial Practice and Share Registration Practice.
When maintaining the smooth running of the office and managing internal and external communications, she is able to focus in on the details while keeping the bigger picture in mind. Tina also has a background in teaching as an ALSA (Accredited Learning Support Assistant) and pastoral care having worked at a secondary school for 3 years.
She joins All of Us as Assistant to the Managing Director.
Samantha has gained a wealth of experience in the property industry over the past 20 years. She specialises in structuring major development projects, with expertise in the provision of high end care homes and residential developments.
Her focus is always on community engagement, creative design and financial solutions, which is evident across the many successful developments she has worked on. Samantha has worked on numerous public and private development structures, along with a variety of town centre schemes in the residential and care home markets.
She brings this extensive experience to All of Us as Land Director.
Christine has gained extensive experience in town planning through her work at local authorities and within the private sector, where she worked in a consultancy capacity as well as alongside development companies.
Holding a Degree and Diploma in Town Planning, Christine has worked on a range of projects spanning residential, mixed use, retail and rural diversification. Recently, she has led developments in the retirement sector, managing a team of planners across three regions in the UK.
Christine joins All of Us as Planning Manager.
Peter is an experienced development professional with over 25 years’experience managing scheme design and delivery. Prior to joining All of Us, Peter worked in a West End development consultancy acting for BlackRock on the delivery of a new John Lewis store and advising Chelsfield on their redevelopment of the Commonwealth Institute site at Holland Green.
In his own practice, he advised high net worth individuals on their residential property investments in France, Ireland and the USA, while undertaking his own residential developments in the UK.
Early in his career, Peter worked for some of the most respected top tier contractors in the UK, including Costain Construction Ltd and Sir Robert McAlpine Ltd. He was responsible for successfully managing the delivery of complex high-profile city centre mixed use schemes, including West Quay Shopping Centre (Southampton), Selfridges (Bullring, Birmingham) and Princesshay Shopping Centre (Exeter).
Peter brings this broad experience to his role as Development Director for All of Us
Emma has experience working as a community consultation and stakeholder engagement specialist on a variety of projects for major housebuilders, care home developers, retailers, government departments and consultancies, including the global business consultancy Instinctif Partners.
She graduated with a degree in Law and recently completed a Masters in Town and Country Planning. Emma has been an elected councillor on a Unitary Authority for 14 years. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and an Accredited Practitioner in this field.
Emma joins All of Us as Public Policy Manager.
Shona has worked in a variety of Administrative and Personal Assistant roles, gaining an in-depth understanding of how to support the teams and executives she works with.
Following her time at Vodafone, where she progressed from CRM Team Assistant to Personal Assistant, Shona joined Simplyhealth as a Personal Assistant in 2014.
She brings this experience to All of Us as Team PA.
Anita is a CIMA qualified accountant and company secretary, with several years of board-level expertise and extensive management accounting experience across a range of industries, including engineering, construction, care, consultancy and not-for-profit organisations.
She spent over 4 years as Financial Controller at Dove Recycling, managing cash flow, budgeting and strategic modelling, before joining Saxlund International as Company Secretary and Finance Manager in 2009.
Anita joins All of Us as Finance Manager.
Zoe has extensive experience in land acquisition and has worked for a number of leading developers, including Churchill Retirement Living, Kier Living and Blue Cedar Homes. She has also worked with housing associations; acquiring a number of sites for affordable housing and increasing the profiles of these sites with property professionals.
As a Land Consultant, Zoe has been working across the counties of Surrey, Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, and East and West Sussex to broker land deals for both the private and affordable sectors.
She specialises in maximising the potential of a scheme through design and financial modelling. Her skills range from site identification through to managing planning procedures and achieving comprehensive planning permissions.
